It's official, I got the news from webmd this morning. I'm obese (but just barely, if that's even remotely good news)

* Waist to Height Ratio: 0.51
* Healthy Body Weight Range: 148 and 199
* Target Heart Rate: 93 to 139
* Target Caloric Intake to Meet Weight Goal: 2308
So my goal of 180 is reasonable. It's even on the top half of the "healthy body weight range". I couldn't imagine being 6'3" and being 148 lbs though...
